Cancellation & Return Policy

At Aliya B, we take pride in the quality of our handmade products and hope that every purchase meets your expectations. However, we understand that there may be instances where a cancellation or return is necessary. Please review our policy below:

1. Cancellation (Before Shipment)

Orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled either partially or in full.
For prepaid orders, the amount paid will be refunded within 7–10 working days to your original mode of payment.

2. Damaged Products (On Arrival)

We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, in rare cases where products may be damaged in transit, we are happy to offer a replacement or a full/partial refund.
To be eligible, please notify us on the day of delivery or by the following day via email, along with clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.

3. Other Returns & Cancellations

Requests for cancellations or returns for reasons not listed above will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to accept or decline such requests at our discretion.
